I was given a gift of some whittling knives by my husbend. here are a few practice pieces. whittling is great fun, I've have incorporated it into my leathercrafting, which I have posted in current projects.

When I started carving leather I had no idea, that I wouldn't have enough years left in my life to get really good at it however, I keep trying.
I used 41different crafttools on this little canister, a molding spoon, and my nifty 1/4" slant ceramic swivel knife, which I really, really like. All the designs are different. It stands 7.5" and is 3.75" in diameter.
